DMark Kobs 46-06 Summerkamp

Kobs started their weekend in the Nile Special Rugby league in style with a win over newly promoted side Summerkamp on Friday at Kampala Legends Club.

Summerkamp was beaten 46-6 by the ruthless Kobs who also wanted to emulate what the Heathens had done the previous weekend but all was in vain but good enough they walked away with the vital bonus point.

Kobs were  helped by tries from Justin Kimono, Kevin Mackmot, Kevin Baraza, James Ejong Oscar Eculu  but the Kobs looked rusty when it came to the conversations and penalties as were their counter parts Summerkamp as they only managed to have two penalties out of the many converted by team captain David Otti.

“It was a good game. It was our second and that was a good result and above all we getting the bonus point which may help us at the bliss point” Timothy Mudoola said after the game.

Action continues Saturday with arch-rivals Heathens taking on Makerere Impis at Makerere grounds in an encounter that starts at 5pm.
