Ten Ugandan participants will be eyeing the Guinness Football Challenge season 3 that is set for March 27 in South Africa.
The ten include Alex Muyobo, Kennedy Andidu,Timothy Rubanga,Anguzu Gadaffi ,Ibrahim Kawooya,Andrew Mpanga,Oscar Owokubariho,Ian Ford ,Dennis Bogere and Steven Nsubuga who will be battling against contestants from Tanzania and Kenya as they eye $250,000(sh649m) for the overall winner in the grand finale if they go through.
Last year the ten where choosen after undergoing a audition last year at Makerere University Business School sports ground.
The ten participants will first have to take part in a trivia and skill challenges and all the teams who give 100 percent and show that they can be a player and not a spectator will then go on to represent Uganda in the Pan African competition.
The Pan-African episodes will see the best teams from the national episodes go head to head with contestants from Cameroun,Ghana,Tanzania and Kenya to see who has the skill and knowledge to go all the way and be crowned Pan African champions.
