Runaway leader Ivan Mwebaze fastened his grip on the top of the race for the overall crown in the Orange/Castle Lite Golf Mug for the month of May at the par 72 Entebbe golf course recently.
The handicap 20 player was overall in group B with a score of 68 nett thus giving him an edge over his closest rival in the overall points standing giving him 340 points while Joseph Galiwango remained second with 205 points.
Lee Holladay playing off handicap 17 was the overall winner with 68 nett on count back. National golfer Willy Kitata was group A winner with level 72 nett on count back.
The tournament attracted 111 golfers from around Entebbe and Kampala. Podi Kassami was lady group A winner with 74 nett while the guest winner was Joshua Byamukama with 68 nett.
