At a time when Football Fever is at its peak, Bell Lager has thrilled consumers in Kampala with the one-of-its-kind activity, Human Table Football, as the Bell Fiesta kicked off in style at the Kyadondo Rugby Club in Kampala recently.
The event saw more than 3,000 fans flood the grounds to experience the ultimate soccer and music mix with the Bell Fiesta gripping the audiences’ spirit with this novel game that has now drawn immense participation making it an instant hit.
With performances by Bebe Cool, Rema and Mun G, the night was as exhilarating to those that chose to play and spectators alike as teams went head to head while the DJ’s immersed revelers into the Bell Nation’s electrifying music and entertainment culture.
Speaking during the event at Kyadondo, Bell Lager Brand Manager Robert Nsibirwa said that the Bell Fiesta features more than just the thrilling sports competition and music and gives everybody out there something new and fun to look forward to.
The Kyadondo gig was an electrifying affair with various fun and challenging team and individual soccer activities like Timed Dribbling, Computer Football Gaming, Inflatable Goal Penalty Shootouts and Foosball.
“Soccer has always been the pulse of the Ugandans. We have seen how the viewership pattern of the local leagues has spiked and now we have brought the experience closer with the Bell Fiesta to celebrate the spirit of the season,” added Nsibirwa.
Human Table Football is an international hit and can be played by individuals old and young alike. It is a life-size simulation of the table-top foosball version and is one of the most exciting competitive games.
Bell Fiesta is scheduled to be held in over 20 locations around the country and it is anticipated that over 20,000 spectators and participants will descend on these venues to put their teamwork to the test.
