Pilsner League of Kings Kickoff (second Round)
After two months of the transfer window and break, when the Nile Special Open Pool Championships, Club knock outs and the famous Kampala Open was completed, the 2013 Pilsner League of Kings second round returns with a plomb this weekend.
“All the teams are ready for action, as prizes are at satke by the end of the year”, says the Pool Assocation of Uganda Publicity Secretary, Michael Mawanda.
In the Pilsner Senior Pool League Scrapyard leads the Table with 37 Points leveled with GameCity on the same Points. Volts, Perfection and Takers also have same Points (31 pts) with just goal difference separating them.
Capital Night, Casablanca, Transformer and Kupa shall be fighting relegation to the Pilsner Pool League One. Kabubi ArtMan of Volts is the top scorer with 38 Goals followed by last Year’s Top Scorer Yvez Kaneza.
In the Pool League One, Hotpool still leads the table with 41 Pts. Hotpool are aiming at maintaining their unbeated run. They will hopefully be joined by Trust and Obey , Mayfair, Globalcom and Indigo in the promotion slots to the Pilsner Senior Pool League at the end of the season in December.
