Minnesota based pugilist Ismail “Sharp Shooter” Muwendo will put his USA Mid-America featherweight title on the line when he takes on former IBF Featherweight Champion Eric “Might Mouse” Aiken on October 19 at Black Bear Casino,Carlton, Minnesota.
Muwendo is extremely excited to finally get the opportunity to see how his world class skill will match-up against a very confident former World Champion. Muwendo states, “I will beat Aiken impressively…I don’t think he will go eight rounds with me and I guarantee he will not take my title!”
Eric Aiken accepted the challenge only after he had the opportunity to observe Muwendo fight. Aiken has been training extremely hard for this bout and is coming to win as he has had over six weeks to prepare for the bout. He is very confident he will “derail” Muwendo and put himself in one more position to fight for a World Title.
The Ugandan Prize fighter goes into this clash with a record of 14 wins and 11 within the distance and will be seeking to entend his unbeaten record in tack. Aiken is 16-10, 12 KOs.
