With less than 2 hours ahead of Uganda’s second CHAN championship game against Zimbabwe, the head coach, Milutin ‘Micho’ Sedrojevic has made one change to the winning team in the first 2 – 1 victory over Burkina Faso.
Second half substitute against Burkina Faso, Francis Olaki has been drifted into the team in place of Vincent Kayizzi. The other 10 slots remain untouched.
Olaki had an impressive performance when he was introduced into the game and chipped in the cross for Uganda’s second goal. Against Burkina Faso, Olaki was only making his second appearance in a Uganda Cranes shirt having marked a scoring debut against Mauritania in Kampala a fortnight ago.
Mulitin Sredojevic’s charges stunned 2013 African Nations Cup finalists Burkina Faso with a 2-1 victory and on the back of that result come into the game against Zimbabwe as favorites.
Zimbabwe drew goal less against the Atlas Lions of Morocco in their opener thus know that only victory against Uganda will keep their last eight appearance dreams alive.
