City Oil Big basketball forward, Kami Kabenge has signed a juicy deal worthy Ush 60 M to Qatar based side, Al Wakrah, Kawowo Sports reliably reports.

 The Move, blessed by his club, follows an impressive season performance by the Congolese born forward that saw him clinch the league title, the Most Valuable player’s gong and the top scorer.

“Yes, I confirm, I will be departing Kampala for Qatar on Wednesday,” the Soft spoken father of 2, whose glittering career has seen him play for top African sides, APR and several D.R Congo teams including Lum Sport and T.P Mazembe.

 A Pharmacist by training, Kami joins the elite league in Qatar where basketball is the norm of the day.

“I am ready of the challenges ahead. Hopefully, I will move in with my family and hope to acclimatize in the shortest time possible”, Kami, who played an instrumental role in City Oil’s maiden Victory reveals.
