The Federation of Uganda Football Associations (FUFA) has unveiled a new logo. The New Logo was unveiled by the Fufa President Moses Magogo at the FA headquarters in Mengo on Thursday April 10 at the launch of the 2015 Africa Nations Cup campaign dubbed “Road to Morocco”.

The new logo no longer has the Crested Crane but five stars, the three national colours (Black, Red and Yellow), a ball and the marking ‘Since 1924’.

Explaining this, Magogo said the Five Stars represent the five five bodies of FUFA. These are the bodies; The General Assembly, The Executive Committees, The Standing Committees, The Judicial Bodies, and the Secretariat.

“The five stars on the logo represent the five football structures of FUFA,” Magogo said before adding. “1924 is meant to mark the year the federation was formed,” he added.

Meanwhile, there were also other logos unveiled and these are the ‘Uganda Cup Logo’, ‘FUFA Big League Logo’ and “FUFA Inter –regions Logo.”

Magogo also revealed that all the logos have been registered as Trade Marks thus no one shall ever use it unless permission is attained from the FA.
