Uganda’s 2014 CHAN hero, Yunusu Ssentamu has revealed that he will perform to his best when given chance to play against Madagascar on Saturday at Namboole stadium.
“We (players) are more than ready to face Madagascar” Ssentamu who plays for Congo’s Don Bosco club told Kawowo Sports shortly after Thursday’s morning training session at Namboole.
“I will do my level best when given a chance against Madagascar, and make Ugandans proud”. The U20 lad who missed the 1st leg in Mahajanga province added.
Ssentamu is among the five strikers in Cranes camp from which Micho (who names his 18-man squad tomorrow) will select.
The other strikers in camp are Godfrey Masa, Emma Okwi, Hamis Diego Kiiza and Dan Mzee Sserukuma. Uganda needs to beat Madagascar by at least 1-0 on Saturday to advance to the next round.
