International Build Up Game:

Uganda 1 – 0 Seychelles

Uganda Cranes new kid on the block, Farouq Miya has continued with his impressive form in national team colours as he has netted the only goal in Uganda’s 1 – 0 home victory over Seychelles at the slippery Phillip Omondi Stadium in Lugogo.

The goal, a delightful headed effort from defender Richard Kassaga’ cross down the left is Miya’s 4th goal for the Cranes in the 4 games he has featured in so far.

He had moments earlier blasted a penalty over the Seyehelles goal before making amends in the 27th Minute.

This has been the first of the Uganda team international friendly game with the second one coming on Tuesday against Malawi at Namboole Stadium.

Seychelles too, like Uganda is preparing for an AFCON qualifier.
