Sports Club Villa has confirmed the signing of 8 new players to the side.
They are Elisa Ssekisambu (from URA), left winger Azizi Kemba (Bul), Julius Ntambi (Kira Young), goal keepers Ali Kimera (Sports Club Victoria University) and Nicolas Ssebwato (KCC), Patrick Waligo and KCC’s former captain, Fahad Kawooya.
The club has also officially unveiled the head coach, Ibrahim Kirya, who will be assisted by Steven Bogere and Phillip Ssozi as the trainrer.
David Obua Talks:
The club has also confirmed their engagements with stylish but temperamental left winger cum Striker, David Obua.
“We are in talks with David Obua“, Vice President, Mohammed Bazirengedde told Kawowo Sports at Villa Park.
Meanwhile the club has today received a massive equipment boost from Bazirengedde and the national council of sports.
The club Vice president has bought 25 brazuca football brands while NCS has added 10 pieces.
The 16 time record league champions are currently undergoing a massive administrative and technical overhaul.
They have released their former captain, Ayub Kisaliita (to Lweza) and goalie Robert Kalumba.
