Newly promoted FUFA top flight side, Lweza football club has completed the signing of midfielders, Muzamiru Dida Jjuuko, Ayubu Kisaliita and former Uganda Cranes midfielder, Mike Sserumaga.
Lweza, who lost Arthur Ssemazzi to Kenyan side, Gor Mahia and Francis Ssembatya to KCC have also recruited former Entebbe football club goal keeper Michael Majwega.
Football journey man Sserumaga, who was dropped by his former, Sport Club Victoria University on grounds on discipline is one of the new players at the club.
Dida, a former St Marys’ Kitende player is a defensive midfielder, a brother to SCVU defender, Murushid Jjuuko.
Sserumaga has previously featured for KB Lions, URA, S.C Villa, Helsingborg, Rayon Sports, St George football clubs and lately Sports Club Victoria University.
Lweza director, Ahmed Ddamulira confirms the signings and promises to add to his squad by the start of the new season which commences on 24th August 2014. “We shall go to the market still and make afew more buys”, Ddamulira tells kawowo Sports.
