KBC captain and bantam weight boxer Nasir Bashir will be in the ring today at the Commonwealth games quarter-final clash with English man Micheal Conlan.
Conlan a bronze medalist at the 2012 Olympic Games will go into this as the favorite but Bashir will be hoping to get into the medal bracket after overcoming the Tanzanian Patrick Emilian on 2-1 decision in the earlier round.
Fazil Juma also comes up against Sulemanu Tetteh of Ghana in the light flyweight category.
Juma beat Zambian Lumbe Bwalya to set up a clash with the Ghanaian.
