Sadili center tennis scholar John Lutaaya, has landed a scholarship to train at the South Carolina Tennis Academy in the United States of America for three months as he prepares for College tennis.

“I glad to inform you that I have landed a scholarship to go and train in the United States for three months before I can join College,” 17 year old John Lutaaya stated in an e-mail. “I am only now looking for money to buy a ticket and the visa will be handled by Dr Liz Odera, the director of the Sadili Center in Langata, Kenya.”

Lutaaya, has been a scholar at the Sadili Center for six years playing tennis and also studying and also being coached by several coaches, but at the same being guided by Dr Liz Odera, who has helped several East African junior tennis players.

“I am very grateful for Dr Odera, who has helped me in my career as a tennis player and student at her center,” Lutaaya said. “I am now seeking to get a sponsor to help me raise money for my ticket to go attend this scholarship.”

He together with Henry Ayesiga, having been pursuing studies and tennis at Sadili Center together with other junior tennis players from East Africa.
