Express FC will be without influential midfielder Noah Ssemakula after he injured his shoulder in accident on Wednesday.
The midfielder who is in his second spell at the club after rejoining from SC Victoria University has featured in Express FC’s opening two fixtures in the Uganda Premier League (UPL) against Kira Young (0-2 loss) and the 2-1 win over Rwenshama FC and coach Wasswa Bbosa says he will be greatly missed.
“It’s unfortunate to lose a player like Ssemakula for that long but we must cope as soon as possible,” Bbosa told Kawowo Sports.
Ssemakula is expected to miss over ten games including those against his former employers SC Villa (on October 17) and SC Victoria University (October 24).
