Cranes coach Micho Sredojevic on Tuesday dropped KCCA defender Richard Kasagga, URA skipper Saidi Kyeyune and last season’s MPV Allan Kyambadde. The Cranes are in final preparations of the Afcon qualifier against Togo on October 11 in Namboole.
Kyeyune and Kyambadde failed to impress the Serbian while Kasanga also failed to shake off the injury that has kept him out of action even for his club.
The development leaves 25 players in camp after the arrival of all the foreigner players by Tuesday morning. The Cranes will train on Tuesday at the Phillip Omondi stadium in Lugogo in the afternoon. They will also have a double training session on Wednesday.
Though the tie is to be played on Saturday, Togo is yet to confirm to Fufa their date of arrival, though there are reports that the West Africans will pitch camp in Kenya starting Tuesday.
