Golola may be in Mabira training to beat up Emmanuel Shija in the ‘best of the best’ East and Central African championship but the Tanzanian sounds unbothered.
The two square off at Crested Cranes Hotel in Jinja on Friday 14 in a fight that will see Golola return to the ring for the first time since losing to USA’s Abraham in an Inter Continental fight.
Speaking to Citizen News in Tanzania, Shija said he has a winning formula that will crush Golola.
“I am not losing sleep over this fight; I already have a winning formula, so just wait and see how I crush the Ugandan,” said Shija.
The Tanzanian champions who has lost just 3 in 28 fights added that Golola talks so much before the fight and promised to show his words in the ring.
“Golola talks too much, hoping that his mind games will affect every boxer he meets. I checked him out on YouTube, but the man likes to talk and he has lots of words. Let’s do the talking in the ring.
Nevertheless, Shija had some praise for the Self Proclaimed ‘No Joking Subject’ referring to him as a good kick boxer but who is beatable.
“I have seen several Golola fights; he is a good kick boxer, but not unbeatable. I am confident that I will pile more misery on his recent form,” said Shija.
Last week, Golola warned Shija in his interview with Kawowo Sports who found him in Mabira saying he can’t afford to lose to Shija even if he is dead asleep.
“The losses I suffered where in the ‘Old Testament’ but this is a ‘New Testament’ with a branded new Golola Moses. I want to regain my mojo and that must start against this Tanzanian.
