After a two week break with the clubs knock out competition dominating the pool news, the fraternity will now switch focus to the domestic national league.

Pool Association of Uganda (PAU) national pool league is set to resume this weekend with both Divisions (senior pool league and division one) playing on Saturday and Sunday.

“The league also presents that opportunity for every club to be active. It has been competitive all year round and it continues to be at the climax”, Michael Mawanda, PAU mouth piece.

The senior pool league reigning champions Scrap yard will host table leaders Skin Samona at Mengo Kisenyi.

An off colour Scrap Yard side faces a determined start studded Skin Samona outfit, who target a victory to brighten their chances of a 7^th league crown in as many years.

 Skin Samona boosts of the game’s top Seeded players (5) in the country including the current national champion, Fahad Ssewankambo, who has been undergoing his UACE final examinations.

Gals Pool Club who are second on the log will face a stubborn Nakawa Pool Rangers side which is not an easy side to win at home.

On Sunday, Gals, sponsored by Gals Sports Betting Limited will also be facing CKI.

 In  pool league one the big game will be between Boat Pool club who are hosting Nansana based Club Icon in a game that can bring back Boat in the count of qualifying to the Senior pool League.

Ntinda Pool Club  are already champions with Indigo lying second, Icon, Boat, Lubiri and Red Shooters in the third, 4^th and 5^th slots respectively.
