It will be a chance for the team to test themselves against one of the best sides in Africa and also a chance for the cricket community to watch the Cricket Cranes play as we missed out on hosting the WCL Div 3. They (Zimbabwe) have ODI and Test status and have just toured Bangladesh. This will give us a chance to test a bigger pool of players and it will also be a great challenge for the players.
Six teams including hosts Namibia will be joined by Uganda, Kenya, Canada, Netherlands and Nepal to compete in the January event, with the top two teams earning promotion to both the 2015-17 ICC World Cricket League Championship and the 2015-17 ICC Intercontinental Cup while the bottom two sides will be relegated back to Division 3.
