The 2014 Motocross championship has come to an end were Esther, Fatuh, and Ali joined Maxime to clinch National championships in their respective classes today at the Motorsports Arena, Busiika.

The 9 year old ESTHER MWANGALA assumed National Champion in the 50cc category becoming the first female to win a motocross championship. Esther lost to Isabella Blick in the last event, however she had accumulated enough points in the past event to win the championship.
“It has not been easy but, I have been training so hard with the help of my dad” says Esther

65cc Champ Fortune Sentamu
FORTUNE SENTAMU fresh from an injury proved his worth by defending his championship in the 65cc in what one would call a do-or-die race between his opponents Waleed Omar, Ben Nsumba and Joshua Mwangala.
Fortune had this to say, “Today’s race was so tight and I had to finish first since I missed some events at the beginning of the season”
85cc registered ALI OMAR YASSER “Bobo” as the 2014 champion the second time beating Alestair Blick the defending champion.
The 85cc top riders battled to the last heat and Ali come out the champ.
” The race was so tight at one time I came off the road, but I promised my dad a gift of the year and it was this championship I am glad I have made it” said the young star Omar.
FATUH KIGGUNDU slammed his first championship in the MX 2, he did not have to strain himself in the race since he was beating his competitors with a big margin.
MAXIME VAN PEE was crowned National champion in the previous event, however today he was out to fight for the Regional championship which he acquired without any hustle since Kenyan riders shunned the event for unknown reasons.
This season has seen young riders wiping out the top names in motocross championship like Arthur Blick the MX 1 all time champion. And next season will see riders integrate into several classes making it more competitive and spine tingling to the fans.
