Football mad fans in Buikwe and the surrounding areas will yet again have the last chance to catch their favorite team – Vipers live in action on Tuesday.
The Uganda Premier League log leaders host Kawempe based side, Bright Stars F.C in their last fixture of the first round.
Vipers F.C midfielder Patrick Ssembuya has been one of the league’s revelations. His combination with Faruku Miya has been like a combo minted in Heaven.
Ssembuya will however face the league’s most mean midfield of Jimmy Lule Kibirige and Jimmy ‘Kachanga’ Kakooza as Vipers hosts Bright Stars.
The Kawempe side is expected to line up a formidable attacking force of Anthony Bongole as Hassan Kikoyo makes a comeback from a long injury lay off to Vipers F.C back line of Deus Bukenya, Musa Malunda and the diminutive left back, Dan Birikwarira.
Vipers F.C welcomes back prodigal son, Michael Mutyaba (has been busy with his own academy festivities) to the team fold alongside Joseph Mpande and Miya, fresh from inspiring Kyambogo university to the East Africa University gold in football.
Vipers F.C struggled to win their last game (1-2) over Jinja side, Bul F.C – thanks to a last minute gasp winner from defender, Bukenya.
