Uganda Premier League:

KCC F.C Vs  F.C- Phillip Omondi Stadium, Lugogo

A day after Uganda CAF champions league representatives drew Cameroonian league champions, Comos De Bafia in the preliminary round of the 2015 CAF Champions league, they are set to host struggling side, Entebbe Football Club at their Lugogo fotress.

In the wake of KCC F.C’s surprise 0-1 loss to league debutant side, Lweza F.C at Wankulukuku last Friday, the league’s defendiing champions approach the fixture against Entebbe F.C with high spirits of restoring parity in the house.

KCC have garnerd 27 points and lie 7 points adrift of leaders, Vipers S.C who host Bright Stars F.C at Buikwe.

With the talk that the club’s top scorer, Brian Umony is destined for pastures green, KCC, who have already lost left winger, Brian Majwega to Tanzanian giants, Azam F.C look at the Entebbe game as a means of seeking redemeption.

Entebbe F.C, still remains one of two teams (the other being Lweza F.C) who are coach-less after Matia Lule’s resignation citing 8 months non payment of wages.

They linger deep in the relegation zone with a meagre 9 points off 14 fixtures of the first round.

Key Battles:

Hakim Ssenkumba Vs Nasser Muzamiru:
Both players are gifted midfielders with Ssenkumba having a slight edge via experience and big match temparament.

Who ever will play the more penetrative passes and offer the more defensive cover will win the game for his team.

Derrick Nsiibambi Vs Azizi Mugonza:

Nsiibambi has 5 goals to his name in the league so far. His positional sense and overall team play has often won KCC vital fixtures. Against a veteran Mugonza, who prefers to play it clean, it will be a very great battle worth watching.

Alosoius Lubega Vs Ronnie Kisekka:

The former Uganda Cranes forward, Lubega has had a very disappointing season for Entebbe thus far with just a single goal in the 14 fixtures played.

His pace and trickery will possibly put Kisekka and his entire backline on tenterhooks.
