Kampala pool open finalist Fred Namanya ‘Bonde’ came from two sets down to starve off club Icon’s Otunu Eden 3-2.

But Otunu’s teammate and club icon captain Katerega Eclas had an emphatic victory as when he annexed Former PAU official Jacob ‘musumba’ Matovu 3-2.

Elsewhere Hoypool’s Wasswa Weasely beat PAU coordinator Mbale Meyan Yusuf, in bizarre fashion as Nathan Bwankoshya lost 3-0 to Ssegawa Charles.

Jinja based Ibrahim Ssentamu defeated Fort portal’s Felix Rwamafi 3-1.

16 year old Nakabale Abubaker made headlines when he dispatched highly rated Skin Samona’s Bisasopaulas 3-1 including a no black in one of the sets.
