Uganda Premier League leading scorer Karim Ndugwa is on the verge of becoming the latest Ugandan to join Kenyan outfit AFC Leopards.

According to futta.com, the 16 Ugandan league winners have agreed terms with Leopards over Nduggwa.
We are still negotiating and hope to have a done deal by Monday,” said Villa CEO Ivan Kakembo. The player still has a two year contract with us but we have agreed all those terms with AFC Leopards.
It’s believed that Ndugwa who has a two year contract with Villa will arrive Kenya on January 5 for this Kenyan spell.

Kakembo continued to tell the regional site how Villa won’t meet the services of the former U21 international.
We shall miss his services but this is a land of talent, when such opportunities come usually we cannot stop them neither have we been relying on one striker hence shall get his replacement
Ndugwa joins another Ugandan, Mussa Mudde who plies his trade at the Kenyan outfit.

The former Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) FC, Victors and Express FC man has scored eight goals in 15 games. He is the second top scorer behind URA’s Robert Ssentongo after the first round of the Ugandan top tier.
