Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) Football Club has acquired former Sports Club Victoria University (SCVU) offensive midfielder, Yasser Mugerwa in the secondary transfer window.

Mugerwa personally submitted to FUFA a request to change club allegiance citing SCVU’s breach of his contract, attesting;

It is healthy to change clubs for better personal development. I also wanted to play continental football

The development follows the players impressive showing in the club’s training sessions for the past week.

Mugerwa appears on the list of names submitted by URA to CAF on Thursday.
He is a replacement for Augustine Nsumba, who has since rejoined his former team, Sports Club Villa.

Nsumba had to return a sign on fee (offered in privacy at an entertainment hub in Mukono) to FUFA Big League team, The Saints F.C who wanted to snatch the player.

Kawowo Sports will soon unfold the details in Mugerwa’s contract.
