Moses Lukyamuzi has been named the head new coach of Nkumba Select beach soccer team.
The team director and manager confirmed to Kawowo Sports on Friday at Lido Beach;
We are hereby announcing the appointment of Moses Lukyamuzi as Nkumba Select Head Coach with immediate effect
Lukyamuzi has been a player with the side since its inception. He has previously played club football with Masaka Local Council, KCC, Nkumba University and Red Cross football Clubs.
His coaching experience dates as far back as 2008 with Nkumba University football club in the Wakiso division one (now 5th Division).
He takes over the club head coaching roles from Assimwe, who has been manager cum coach.
Lukyamuzi and Assimwe were among the 20 coaches who recently graduated with the FIFA Beach Soccer Coaching course that Uganda hosted recently.
