Pepsi Beach Soccer League debutant side, Dalumba Football Club has signed former Sand Pirates striker, Nicholas Kamya and Zaba Super Market defender Jonathan Kikoyongo.

The Hurriken group team  completed the signing of two players on Friday evening after negotiations between the various parties were successful.

Kikonyogo, a towering defender has been playing for Moonson group side, Zaba Super Market while striker Nicholas Kamya has been recruited from Sand Pirates.

Dalumba head coach, Kenneth Kiguli is delighted of the two players;

Jona and Kamya are great players and i believe they will help us to qualify for the quarterfinals lest win the championship

Dalumba had a dismissal first round that was also characterized by the club being accused of using forged licenses and thus docked points.

Kiguli reasons that the second stanza of the league will present a complete overhaul and restore the team’s qualification fortunes.

We have several other experienced players like goalie Ronald Mutebi, Samuel Mutebi, John Kokas Opejo, Paul Lwere (captain), Martin Vitali, Robert Kaweesi, Martin Muleega, Sam Musoke, Abbey Buyinza, Muzafaru Ssenyonjo, Denis Kisakye and Patrick Ntulume. These will help the club perform well in the second round.

Dalumba opens the second round on Sunday with a date against nemesis, Braza Braza F.C.
