Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) Football Club has confirmed the signing of crafty striker cum midfielder, Noah Semakula.
Semakula has been a player attached to Express F.C but rarely featured for the Red Eagles after a nasty accident at the start of the season.
He joins former club mate at Sports Club Victoria University (SCVU) Yasser Mugerwa who also put pen to paper for a 2 year deal with the tax collectors’ team.
URA F.C is preparing for the CAF Confederations Cup preliminary round engagement against Madagascar club, F.C Elgeco Plus.
Relatedly, URA has officially communicated the departure of striker, Emmanuel Ngama to Kenyan opposition, Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA).
In a statement released by the club on Friday;
Emmanuel Ngama left the Country on Thursday to Kenya Revenue Authority F.C for contractual talks.We wish him the best.
