Moonson group leaders of the Pepsi sponsored national beach soccer league, Makerere University Business School (MUBS) have surely booked their berth at the knock out stages of the league.
The star studded team boasting of 3 Sand Cranes squads men – Brian Nkuubi, Baker Lukooya and newly recruited goal keeper, Michael Kalule face Stormers in one of the match day 9 games.

MUBS, coached by Charles Ayiekho remains the only team yet to lose a fixture of all the 16 teams in both groups (Hurriken and Moonson).
Last Sunday, MUBS nailed Zaba Super Market 9-5 in an exciting duel. Hilary Kimbugwe, the MUBS team manager told Kawowo Sports.
We have no injury concerns and all the boys are raring to have a go for the league honour unbeaten

Match day 9 fixtures have been confirmed for Sunday, 25th January 2015 but unlike most days, we shall kick off early (11 a.m) due to the venue engagements at Lido Beach

In the Moonson group; Zaba Super Market hosts relegation threatened Buwanika Bulls.
Sand Pirates, narrow losers 4-5 in last weekend’s action against Real Galacticals face Derrick Tekkwo and Ashadu Bugembe’s YMCA.
In the other group game, Real Galacticals host Talented Football Club. The Galaxy sponsored Galacticals are missing the services of their lethal forward, Abdu Karim Alvaro, who is still serving a year-long ban.
In the Hurriken group; table leaders, Kayunga Town Council (on 15 points) play Mutesa 1 University.
International University of East Africa (IUEA), who skipped their last game against Nkumba Select entertains Phillip Lwezawula led St Lawrence University.
Dalumba Richmonds, smarting from a 7-0 victory over a hapless Braza Braza side face Kampala International University in a predicted highly billed encounter.
Dalumba completed the signing of Jonathan Kikoyongo, Nicholas Kamya and the duo were a difference in their match against Braza Braza.
Coach Kenneth Kiguli, whose prime target is a top 4 finish, believes his team is in the right mentality;
The signings for the team were a great bonus and so timely. We are one of those sides that train (every Friday). Others just come for matches. This shows how committed we are.
