2nd Mukono Woodball Open:
Saturday, 28th February 2015 – At Mukono High School (Kick off: 9 a.m)
At least 10 primary and 12 secondary schools have already confirmed their participation in the second edition of the Mukono schools’ woodball open at Mukono High School this coming Saturday.
22 schools (10 primary and 12 secondary) have seen the intent to compete for the opportunity to represent Mukono district at the 6th ICPAU Juniors Championship 2015
An official statement released by Uganda Woodball Federation (UWbF) administrator, John Baptist Kateregga said.
Confirmed Schools:
Among the confirmed schools are Victor’s Junior Christian School, Champions Christian Primary School, Mukono High School, Our Lady of Africa S.S Namilyango, Mpoma Girls Schools, and St. John’s High School Kauga.
Defending Champions:
Victor’s Junior Christian School and St. John’s High School Kauga emerged winners in the primary and secondary categories at the last edition hosted by Victor’s Junior Christian School.
This year’s edition will be hosted by Mukono High School on Saturday, February 28, 2015 starting at 9am.
This is the 4th event on the Uganda Woodball Federation (UWbF) 2015 calendar after the Lyatonde open, 1st Corporate and 1st beach circuit events of the year.
Next Event:
After the Mukono schools’ open, mallets will swing at the 2nd Nakawa schools’ championship at St. Kizito primary school on the 7th March 2015.
