National swimmers will be diving in this Sunday for the second national time trials that will be held at Gems Cambridge International School of Uganda in Butabika the event will be used to select a national side that will be taking part at the 16th FINA World Championships in Kazan, Russia from July 29-9 August.
Twenty swimming races will be on show with close to 90 swimmers from various clubs taking part in the trials that comes at a time when Uganda Swimming Federation is also preparing also to select a side that will participate at the All Africa games in Brazzaville, Congo in September and also monitor other up-coming swimmers for future swimming championships.

It’s also a continous exercise for USF to have this trials to gauge the swimmers on times in water and also review and break national swimming records in various races.
