The battle for the final slots to the knock out stages has intensified as the national football post primary schools games enter day 5 at Duhaga S.S in Hoima.

President Yoweri Museveni Kaguta’s visit to Hoima on Thursday evening prompted the organizers to adjust the fixtures accordingly and there were only three games played earlier in the morning.

Record holders, Kibuli beat London College 2-0, Kitende were 4-0 victors over Mvara and Ryakasinga Che pipped Sironko progressive 2-0 in the morning games played.

The highly anticipated opener between host school, Duhaga and Kakungulu Memorial did not take off since the President arrived late.

The rest of the tournament games will go on with a slight change in fixtures.

There are 26 fixtures lined up on Friday (all these games were moved from Thursday).

Ngora High school, victims in 3 games played face Jinja S.S in one of the most awaited fixtures on the day.

Bulo Parents face tournament favorites, Masaka S.S in an early morning fixture at the Duhaga 2 ground.

Draw masters, Mulusa Academy Wobulenzi, held in three consecutive games face Ryakasinga CHE school.

Fort Portal’s St Leos’ College Kyegobe face a stern test as they play St Marys’ Boarding secondary school, Kitende in a morning game.
