Uganda’s Duncan Mugabe has been placed in the top draw at the Mozambique F1 Futures tournament that will be held from June 1-7, Clube de Tenis de Maputo in Mozambique.
Mugabe, is on a Olympic Solidarity Programme that is funded by the Uganda Olympic Committee to enable him to continue his goal of playing at the Olympics next year and also better his results in the All Africa Games in September.
The country’s top is ranked 1,609 points by the Association of Tennis Professionals he just back from an ISSF international tennis tournament were he reached the quarter-finals in both the men’s and men’s doubles together with David Oringa.
Mugabe has played in Nigeria F1 and F2 Futures in Abuja as he seeks to improve on his rankings globally.
