FUFA has ruled for a replay of the abandoned match between Sports Club Villa and KC at Kyamate play ground in Ntungamo on Saturday.
The replay shall take place on the 16th June 2015 (Tuesday) at Nelson Mandela, Namboole
FUFA president, Moses Magogo told the media at Quid Proquo Inn in Ntungamo.
The FUFA Executive met swiftly after the abandonment of the match guided by the FUFA lawyer.
Insufficient security led to the abandonment of the match. In such circumstances where the match can not played until full time, then security is at falter.
Magogo added. The replay shall be normal time (90 minutes).
SC Villa was leading by a goal by the time of the match abandonment after striker Erisa Ssekisambu scored a penalty that followed a controversial ruling by the center referee, Robert Donney, who pointed to penalty spot following a tackle by Joseph Ochaya on Chrizestom Ntambi.
Magogo thereafter clarified that the red card given to KCC midfielder, Hakim Ssenkumba and all the other cards still stand.
