Jinja based Uganda Premier league team, Sadolin Paints football club has named Simon Kirumira as the new head coach, Kawowo Sports reports.

Kirumira’s appointment follows a series of successful negotiations between the coach and the club management.

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) licence B holder, Kirumira, takes over the mantle of the club at a time when the football federation in the country, FUFA called for a must obeyed law of employing a CAF B minimum holder.

Club Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Saidi Kakuuku duly confirms Kirumira’s appointment;

We have discussed all the nitty gritty and the coach has agreed on a two year contract

He will work with two assistants, Samadu Musafiri and the Dutch, Van De Walt, who is awaiting certified copies from a coaching course he is currently undertaking in Europe.

The Bugembe based side finished 12th on the 16 team log of the 2014/15 Uganda Premier league season with 37 points.
