The Uganda Premier League is set to resume today at different grounds across the country after nearly three weeks off the regular schedule.
However, three of the earlier scheduled matches will not take place as the teams involved still have players on National Team duty.
Part of a circular from the Uganda Premier League read;
The Uganda Premier League Secretariat is in receipt of a communication from the Federation informing us that the National team players are still held for national duty and will not be available until Wednesday 9th December 2015.
The postponed matches are; Express F.C vs. Vipers SC, URA F.C vs. KCCA F.C and Maroons F.C vs. Bright Stars F.C and the new dates when the matches are to be played will be communicated in due course.
With the exception of Maroons, all the other teams have atleast a player on the Uganda Cranes team that won a record fourteenth CECAFA Senior Challenge Cup on Saturday after beating Rwanda 1-0.
The other four matches will go ahead as scheduled and will all kick off at 4:30pm.

SC Villa vs. Simba – Nakivubo
Soana vs. Sadolin – Kavumba
Bul vs. The Saints – Kakindu
