Jamil Kasirye and Ivan Ssemaganda scored for Faridah Bulega’s Wakiso United during their 2-0 triumph against visiting Hope Doves at Wakiso district play ground.
In the heart of Hoima Municipality at the Boma Play Ground, Boma Young lost to Lira’s Sporting United as Busia Fisheries and Baza Holdings shared the spoils in a one all draw.
At Bar Okoro play ground, the well cheered home team, Paidha Black Angels beat visiting CRO 2-0 in Zombo district.
The league will return on Saturday in some of the closing games of the first round before the Christmas and new year break.
