Good Life Club emerged winners of the inaugural Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) sponsored Netball Gala at the Entebbe International Airport sports grounds.
Good Life overcame hosts CAA 13-10 in the final match to clinch the inaugural netball prize.
Good Life stormed the finals after they beat Kitubulu 12-0 in the semifinals while CAA beat Kitinda 14-1.
The winners were rewarded with a trophy and a goat courtesy of CAA.
CAA Publicist Vianney Luggya revealed that the Netball Gala is part of the various activities that the organization has held to mark the International Aviation Week that runs from December 1-7 every year.

The organization also sponsored the Annual Rwabushenyi chess championship with a Shs10.6m cash boost and before Christmas we shall donate Hospital beds to the home of the Bakateyemba (Home of the elderly) in Nalukolongo. Our aim is to sensitize the public about the importance of aviation safety
14 teams from around Entebbe Municipality participated in the one day event and all walked away with certificates and football.
The chief Guest of the day was CAA Aerodrome manager Eng. Soma Ayub.
