Maroons F.C Vs URA F.C – Luzira
Maroons FC will on Tuesday 22 December play host to four time league champions URA in a Uganda premier league encounter at Luzira prisons play ground.
The host come into this match with Hudu Muliki as their latest injury.
The forward was substituted and replaced by Salim Kiyagga on Saturday at Wankulukuku after getting a knock in the first half.
With Muliki out, Patrick Kaddu another tricky forward will have to assume full responsibilities of the team on Tuesday if they are to pick a positive result.
The winger who has only one goal to his name this season had a fantastic game in that goal less draw on Saturday against Lweza.
His ball heading instincts and tricky mind should be able to trouble the tax collectors’ defense that will be without suspended CECAFA winning defender Richard Kasagga.
Goal keeper Jamil Maliyamungu who produced some splendid performance on Saturday at Wankulukuku should also carry his lucky charm gloves to the ground if he’s to deny strikers Robert Sentongo and Frank Kalanda a chance to write their names on the score sheet.
Kefa Kisala meanwhile, has a full squad to select from with exception of defenders Richard Kasagga who is out suspended for accumulation of cards and Savio Kabugo their latest signing who is yet to secure a playing license.
The club has to their name some of the best goal poachers in the league including Robert Sentongo and Kalanda who Asaph’s side should be wary of.
The former has been in fine form scoring five goals in four consecutive league games including a brace against reigning champions Vipers.
Sentongo is also the club’s top scorer this season with 6 goals.
A win for URA will see them overtake Express in 7th position with 20 points.
