Sebuguzi who entered day two in a third position had his pace doubled to win four of the day’s five stages.
His win broke Duncan Mubiru’s Mbarara Rally reign after he dropped out in the early stages of Day 2.
“Am so excited about this win since it gives me lead to the championship,” says Sebuguzi.
“It has not been easy with all drivers eying the same target but we managed to come out the winners,” he added.
Kuku Ranjeet maintained his day one position to post the second fastest times overall.
He was 7mins-51secs behind leader Sebuguzi.
Christakis Fitidis took the third spot while Ponsiano Lwakataka fourth.
NRC defending champion Arthur Blick Jnr could not go beyond the fourth section due to suspension problems.
Meanwhile, Kepher Walubi took lead of the 2WD category followed by Isnail Ortega and Sadat Negomba.
