When the Uganda Cup Round of 16 takes center stage on 5th March 2016, Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) Football Club will be the home team against Big League side, Ndejje University.

This was confirmed during the complete Round of 16 draws for the 42nd edition of the Uganda Cup held at FUFA House in Mengo, Kampala on Wednesday morning.

FUFA Competitions Director, Ali Mwebe oversaw the full exercise and briefed the team officials present about competition rules and regulations.

In case the match ends in a draw after normal time, penalties will decide the winner who makes it to the quarter finals

To reach this stage, KCCA F.C eliminated Mbarara Soccer Academy 4-0 at the Round of 64 before ejecting Sadolin Paints 1-0 at the stage of 32 teams. Ndejje University edged Luwero United 1-0 in a well contested Luwero derby at Kasana play ground.

In the other matches, Maroons F.C will play host to Bright Stars at the Luzira stadium, Entebbe F.C will entertain Mbale’s CRO at Bugonga as Soana hosts BUL F.C at Kavumba Recreational Stadium.

Lweza F.C will take on Kamuli Park at the Mutesa II Stadium, Wankulukuku.

Defending Champions, SC Villa are yet to play Arua side, Onduparaka F.C in the round of 32 battle. The winner between SC Villa and Onduparaka will host Busia Fisheries at the round of 16 stage.
