Arsenal stars Mohammed Elneny and Alex Iwobi are eagerly waiting to face each other when their nations clash in the 2017 AFCON qualifiers on Friday in Kaduna and later in Alexandria.

Elneny has already sounded a warning to club teammate Iwobi and he is sure the latter’s outfit could be in for a mauling.

“I have a good feeling that we will be able to win the match. Nigeria is a tough team, but we are good,” Elneny told MBC TV.

“I also feel that I am surrounded by support from everyone encouraging us to get back to winning.”

When asked about possible threat, Iwobi, he said; “I told him (Iwobi) that it will be hard for Nigeria to beat Egypt.”

Latest arrivals for Nigeria ahead of the match are Victor Moses, Kelechi Iheanacho, Fanendo Adi, Carl Ikeme and all will be at stake if the home side is to travel with a home advantage.
