Futsal Mini League (Week 8 Results):

- Match 29: Typhoons 3-2 LFC
- Match 30: Emporio Milano 3-6 Sauna
- Match 31: Italex 4-3 Riham
A total of 29 beautiful goals (two of these own strikes) were scored as the Futsal mini league entered match day eight.
Table leaders, Sauna continues to consolidate their grip at the summit of the nine team log with victories week in, week out.
Sauna, who remain undefeated in as many game edged Emporio Milano 6-3 in the match which had the most goals scored (9).
Ironically, the two own goals were recorded in this very match.
Hassan Kasozi, Harunah Lugolobi, Ronald Kalyegira, Ishaq Ssebuliba and James Walusimbi scored for Sauna with Emporio’s Solomon Musisi getting the other through an own goal.
Emporio scored through Peter, Hassan and Wahab Mugisha’s own goal.
Bashir Matovu, Masuud Kafumbe and Abdalla Ma.Awiyah each scored a goal for Tyhoons in their 3-2 victory over LFC.
Saidi Kizito and Bedredine Muhammed had the consolational striked for LFC.
Italex edged Riham 4-3 in a well contested affair.
Ibrahim Kateregga and Farouk Muyomba each had a brace for Italex as Emma Damulira, Eric Lubega and Adam Sebunya had the goals for Riham.
The opening match had Zak Sports pip the Accumulators 5-3 with a well taken brace from Gilbert Mugarura and Bryon Walugembe for Accumulators.
William Odongo and Ema Toshnet combined a brace apiece together with Johnson Tebyasa to crown victory for Zak Sports.
According to Bashir Mutyaba, an official attached to Futsal Association of Uganda (FAU), the body mandated to run this indoor football version, the league will take a break till 10th May 2016.
