Sadolin Paints 2-1 JMC Hippos

Sadolin Paints rallied from a goal down to defeat Jinja Municipal Council Hippos 2-1 in the derby duel played at the Bugembe stadium in Bugembe on Tuesday.

This was during one of the eight matches played on the day across the country.

JMC Hippos skipper, Richard Wandyaka lit the stadium with a well converted goal in the first half.

Towering midfielder, Allan Oryek equalized for the home side as the half time mark ended one goal apiece.

Veteran midfielder, Ronald Lukungu won the day for the home club with a cracker of a goal as the game ended 2-1.

Both clubs, like the rest of the 14 other teams in the league were playing their second last fixture of the season.

Despite the victory, Sadolin Paints remains 9th on the 16 team standings with 42 points, same as Police.

Jinja Municipal Council Hippos is 10th with 38 points.
