It was a nervy moment as the Uganda national women football team (Crested Cranes) head coach, Majidah Nantanda released the full list of the traveling players to Kenya for the highly billed international build up this Sunday.

Nantanda, a CAF ‘A’ licenced coach named veteran defender Christine Wanyana among the three experienced players alongside Stellah Nassuna Kaliba and goalie Fatuma Matovu.

The other players included the Dannish based footballer, Natasha Shirazi, who features for Ballerupskovlude Foothold BSF and the two wonder forward striker Sandra Nabweteeme and Hasifa Nasuna.

Nantanda told Kawowo Sports that her team is not under any sort of pressure ahead of the game;

Kenya is the team under pressure. We are assembling a new side and we are not under any pressure.

The players and other officials depart from FUFA House on Friday morning by road.

The match will be played on Sunday at the Moi Sports Complex, Kisumu.
