Sports Club Villa president Ben Immanuel Misagga has down played the competitiveness of the opposition.
Addressing sports journalists, players and members of the technical staff at Villa Park on Sunday, Misagga believes one club (Express) looks set to match their pace.
All the other clubs are good but we are the best. Only Express looks to be the minor competitor to Sports Club Villa Jogoo.
This is because Nakiwala (Express’ new chairperson) has brought in steam.
Misagga met the SC Villa players and technical staff altogether for the first time since the previous season eclipsed.
He cautioned the players to serve above self with the prime target of winning two trophies (Uganda Cup and league title) in the forth-coming season.
Each of the players received a special Eid Mubarak package consisting of a bunch of plantain (matooke), meat, bread and cooking oil.
