Scottish club Celtic are closing in on signing Ivory Coast and former Liverpool defender Kolo Toure.
The 35-year-old will be available for Wednesday’s Champions League qualifier against FC Astana if he passes a medical due today according to the BBC.
Toure will become Celtic’s second summer signing after the arrival of Moussa Dembele.
He joined Manchester City for £14m in 2009, before Rodgers took him to Liverpool in 2013.
