Uganda Premier League new comers Onduparaka F.C targets three players from South Sudan before the start of the 2016/17 season.

These are Peter Dusuman, a winger, Oso Dejon, defender at Al Kator and a one Muhammed from Hilal Juba.

The trio are being lured to the Arua based club by their newly appointed coach, Leo Adraa.

Adraa was former coach at the South Sudan national team, the Bright Stars.

The three players are being looked at a beef up mechanism to the side that already has the bulk of players who helped the club gain promotion to the elite league.

So far, the Catapillars released winger Vitalis Tabu who had spent a large part of last season on loan at Paidah Black Angels in Zombo, a Big league club.

In this transfer window, Onduparaka has signed Emmanuel ‘Song’ Olinga from Water, Dickens ‘Diarra’ Okwi from Sporting United and are in final negotiations with former Maroons captain, Silver Okello.

The club recently held a successful fundraising drive that included a car washing exercise intended to raise Shs1 billion that will help in the operational costs.

Soana travels to the Green Light stadium in Arua to play Onduparaka in their first game of the 2016/17 season.
