Hard tackling midfielder Jimmy ‘Kachanga’ Kakooza has never run short of comical episodes in his footballing script.
After training at Jinja club, Bul and featuring in the Eastern G-4 tournament thereafter, he has returned to his parent club, Bright Stars.
Kakooza resumed training with the Matugga based side last week after failing to agree terms with BUL officials.
“He (Kakooza) is back. East or West is always home. He is training well with us” Bright Stars CEO, Mathias Mugwanya said.
BUL released Bernard Muwanga and Joseph Nsubuga to SC Villa.
They also lost goalkeeper Mathias Kigonya to Kenyan side Sofapaka as well as Lawrence Ndugga which has since left for greener pastures in Cyprus.
Midfielder Jimmy Lule Kibirige is with Uganda Revenue Authority football although the tax collectors are yet to formalize the transfer.
